At ApexFlow, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our habit tracking application.

• Name - Optional, for personalization
• Password - Encrypted and never stored in plain text

Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Habit completion data and tracking statistics
• AI coach conversation history (to improve responses)
• Device information and browser type
• IP address and general location (country/city level)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the ApexFlow service
• Send important account notifications
• Analyze app usage to enhance features
• Train and improve our AI coach (anonymously)
• Send marketing emails (only if you opt-in during Founder's Beta)

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. Period.

We only share your information with:

• Firebase/Google Cloud - For authentication and database hosting
• Google Gemini AI - For AI coach functionality (conversations are processed server-side)
• Netlify - For hosting and serverless functions

4. Data Security

We protect your data using:

• End-to-end encryption for passwords
• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission
• Firebase Authentication security rules
• Regular security audits and updates

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of your data
• Delete - Request complete account and data deletion
• Correct - Update incorrect personal information
• Export - Download your habit data in JSON format
• Opt-out - Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime

We use minimal cookies for:

• Authentication sessions (required)

We do NOT use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children's Privacy

ApexFlow is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided us with information, contact us immediately at support@nexailabs.tech.

Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using ApexFlow, you consent to this transfer.
