By accessing or using ApexFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ApexFlow is a habit tracking and productivity application. We provide tools to help users set goals, track progress, and receive AI-powered coaching. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Founder's Beta Program

ApexFlow is currently in "Founder's Beta." By participating:

• You acknowledge the software may have bugs or errors.
• You agree that the "100% Free until March 2026" offer applies to early adopters.
• We reserve the right to change pricing models after the beta period (existing users will be grandfathered into promised perks).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share account credentials with others (one account per person)

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. ApexFlow does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ApexFlow or Nexai Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
